You must notify us in advance that you would like to return or exchange a product, and the reason for your request. You may notify us via mail, e-mail, on-line form or phone.  

• All sales clothes are final sale.

• All Jewelry, crystal and gemstone minerals are final sale items

• All belly dance costumes and outfits are final sale

• Refund or exchange only within 7 days. Unused and in new condition only.
